Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — free UK delivery on every order, with no minimum spend. We currently ship within the United Kingdom only. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.
How long does delivery take?
Handling takes 1–4 business days and transit 6–12 business days, so most orders arrive within 7–16 business days.
How can I track my order?
You’ll receive tracking by email as soon as your order ships. You can also follow it on our Track Order page. Please allow a little time after dispatch for tracking to become active.
What is your return policy?
You can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition with all tags attached. For change-of-mind returns and exchanges, return postage is the customer’s responsibility; if an item arrives faulty or damaged we cover it. We do not charge a restocking fee. See our Refund Policy.
When will I get my refund?
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, your refund is processed to the original payment method within 7 business days.
My item arrived faulty or damaged — what now?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@ryanmelinda.co.uk with a photo and we’ll make it right. We cover return postage on faulty or damaged items.
